Working
The material is delivered to the machine by opening the feed control shutter which moves to polishing chamber by the feed screw. Necessary friction is developed with the rotation of abrasive rollers, while the brown rice passed to the delivery end. A special weight set mechanism ensures highly sparkling whiteness with minimum head breakage. By the rotation of knob vertical break can be adjusted to maintain equal gap between abrasive roller and vertical break. A Powerful Bran section arrangement has to be provided for separation of Bran and proper function of whitener.
