Mega Whitener Poly Max

We are offering qualitative range of Mega Whitener Poly Max machine fabricated using latest technology from quality raw material. It is used for providing whiteness to the rice. This machine consists of Silicon Carbide grinding wheels and the feed screw is provided with effective cooling system which cools rice and thereby, reduces the breakage and supports the conveying the bran out of the polishing chamber and into the exhaust system for better bran separation. The machine is easy to install and require less technical expertise to operate. Moreover, these Mega Whitener Poly Max are durable and anti corrosive in nature having high tensile strength. Working

This equipment is designed with a Magnetic separator at the feeding chamber where in ferrous impurities are separated, further the brown rice is passed out of the whitening chamber. Necessary friction is developed with the rotation of abrasive roller. While the brown rice passes to the delivery end, the horizontal brakes helps to reduce the falling speed and vertical breaks reduces the rotation of the fed brown rice. This particular mechanism ensures highly sparkling whiteness with minimum head breakage with help of weight set arrangement.
