Working
The machine consists of mainly two Vibro motors and screen frames. The material is delivered to the machine at a uniform rate. By the Vibro motors the machine will be vibrated in oscillating motion. With the help of a blower attached to Vibro Paddy De-Stoner the paddy is made over the screen thus givig way for better separation of stones by the principle of gravity. The mixture of paddy and stones coming from first separation screen is separated again by the final separation screen. So that the stones are separated completely from paddy.
