Silky Max Machine is use-full to get high degree glazed and silk smooth finish Rice. The Machine work with a specially designed pneumatic system to get uniform polish with high glazeness. As the material is flows into the feed hopper and reaches the level of sensor, it activates the feed control shutter and flow control plate. The material is delivered to the machine by opening the feed control shutter by the feed screw. By rotation of milling Roller friction is developed on rice gets polished with silk finish. The degree of polishing and silkiness of rice can be adjusted by pressure regulator. The sensor automatically adjusts the system when the Rice flow is stopped, thus disengaging the pressure on flow control plate and feed control shutter. A special water jet device is provided to get superior quality of smooth and silky rice. The Silky Max Machine can be operated both in Pneumatic and manual.
