Working

These Pneumatic Husker are fitted with two rubber rolls which runs in opposite directions with special cooling system to increase the rubber rolls life. As the paddy flows into the thread hopper and reaches the level of the sensor and shutter, it activates the paddy flow through the inclined feed shutter in between the two rubber rolls. At the same time movable arm gets adjusted closer to the fixed rubber roller and paddy flown between the rubber rolls gets shelled due to friction. The degree of shelling can be controlled by adjusting the pressure regulator. This machine is capable to get upto 90% of shelling. The sensor automatically adjusts the system when the paddy flow is stopped, thus disengaging the rubber rolls in the crushing chamber there by increase in life of rubber rolls.
