Working

The paddy is fed to the top screen at a uniform rate through the feeding box. With the help of rotary motion paddy flows into the second tray and heavier impurities like stones and straws are sent to the delivery chute. In the bottom screen the undersized impurities are separated and dropped into the collection tray. With the help of linear motion the paddy moves to the aspiration chamber for final cleaning.

A powerful blower helps in taking out the dust and immature paddy from the inlet as well as the delivery end. This machine requires additional blower arrangement for cleaning of dust etc.
